Payment : I ask that all payment is made in advance by cheque/ cash – payment at the beginning of each session is fine.

Late arrival may mean that the session is shorter than normal and unfortunately it will not be possible to make any discount.

Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance or the session will be charged in full.  However if I am able to pass your appointment to another client I will not make the charge to yourself.

My hours of business are 9.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday.  Evening appointments are available by arrangement.

Guarantees :

Whilst I cannot guarantee that I will fix whatever problem or challenge you have I can assure you of my very best attention at all times. 

I will prepare thoroughly for the time we spend together and in most instances this takes many hours of detailed work.  I enjoy the preparation and analysis required for effective therapy as much as I enjoy the actual sessions. 

I will treat you with the utmost respect at all times and if at any time it seems appropriate to involve another professional who can offer additional help because of their specific skill I will always give you that option.  My commitment is to take you from where you are to where you want to be in the best and most effective way possible.

I ask please that you turn up on time where possible and in a positive frame of mind to work.  Both you and I will be working together as a team to reach your desired outcome – it is not possible for me to get you there on my own.

Confidentiality and Data Protection :

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the General Hypnotherapy Register.  Both have stringent Codes of Ethics and Practice by which I must and do abide.  These include my assurance to you of complete confidentiality – any information that we share in any format ( verbal / electronic etc ) will be treated in the strictest of confidence and all records kept in accordance with The Data Protection Act.  If you have any queries or concerns please do not hesitate to call and we can discuss the situation.
